Follow steps :

You need to php support hosting like urhosting.ml ,hostinger.com, bugs3.com or other php,java,c hosting.

Upload your script and extract to the file manger.

Then move out the all files from the folder.

Your script is ready.

Note This is important :

Go to /home/u647900854/public_html/get/config.php and place your Database name Password
